Richard began his career in healthcare operations, spending several years at one of Australia’s largest hospital groups working in Pathology, ECG development, and Healthcare IT systems.
He later moved into the APAC region working on Defense, Mining, Oil&Gas, FMCG, Healthcare and Technology related projects for global consulting firms.
Over the past 18 years, Richard has focused on botanical discovery and commercialization via Nexjena Labs, a research initiative aimed at identifying high-potential botanical compounds and translating them into scalable commercial platforms.
