Terms of Service

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users in relation to the services provided by Nexjenalabs (hereinafter referred to as "Site"). By agreeing to these Terms, users can access and use the Site's services.

1. Purpose

These Terms set forth the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by the Site and other necessary matters.

2. Definitions

  • Site: Nexjenalabs refers to the virtual space established to provide services using computers and other information and communication equipment, including the entity operating the Site.
  • User: Any individual accessing the Site to receive the services provided by the Site, including members and non-members.
  • Member: A person who provides personal information to register as a member, continuously receives information from the Site, and uses the services provided by the Site.
  • Non-Member: A person who uses the Site's services without registering as a member.

3. Display and Amendment of Terms

  • The Site publishes these Terms on its main page so that users can easily access them.
  • The Site may amend these Terms in accordance with relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
  • If the Site amends these Terms, it will notify users of the changes by specifying the effective date and reasons for the amendment, posting the revised Terms along with the current Terms on the Site's main page at least seven days before the effective date.
  • Users have the right to disagree with the amended Terms and may discontinue the use of the services if they do not agree to the changes.

4. Provision and Modification of Services

The Site provides the following services:

  • Information and content provision
  • User participation services (e.g., bulletin boards, comments)
  • Other services determined by the Site

The Site may modify the content of the services, in which case the Site will notify users of the changes and the implementation date.

5. Service Interruption

  • The Site may temporarily suspend service provision due to reasons such as maintenance, replacement, or failure of computer or communication equipment.
  • The Site is not liable for damages incurred by users or third parties due to temporary service interruptions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Site.

6. Membership Registration

  • Users can apply for membership by completing the registration form and agreeing to these Terms.
  • The Site accepts membership applications unless:
  • The applicant has previously had their membership revoked, except where re-registration is approved.
  • There are errors, omissions, or false information in the registration details.
  • The Site determines that technical issues significantly hinder registration.

The membership contract is established when the Site's acceptance is communicated to the user.

7. Membership Termination and Disqualification

  • Members may request to terminate their membership at any time, and the Site will process the request promptly.
  • The Site may restrict or suspend membership in cases such as:
  • False registration information
  • Infringement of other members' rights or disruption of electronic commerce order
  • Violation of laws or these Terms, or acts contrary to public order and morals

If repeated violations occur or no improvements are made, the Site may revoke membership.

8. Notifications to Members

  • Notifications to members may be sent to the email address provided by the member.
  • For unspecified or large groups of members, the Site may substitute individual notifications by posting notices on the Site.

9. Personal Information Protection

  • The Site collects only the minimum necessary personal information for service provision.
  • The Site notifies users of the purpose of collecting and using personal information and obtains consent.
  • The Site takes technical and administrative measures to manage personal information securely.

10. Obligations of the Site

  • The Site complies with laws and these Terms and does not engage in acts contrary to public order and morals.
  • The Site strives to provide continuous and stable services.
  • The Site implements security measures to protect users' personal information and does not send unsolicited advertising emails.

11. Obligations of Users

Users must not engage in the following actions:

  • Providing false information
  • Using another person's information
  • Modifying information posted on the Site
  • Transmitting or posting unauthorized information, such as computer programs
  • Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Site or third parties
  • Damaging the reputation of the Site or third parties or interfering with their operations
  • Posting obscene or violent messages, images, or other content contrary to public order and morals

Users must comply with relevant laws, these Terms, guidelines, and notices provided by the Site.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Copyrights and intellectual property rights of content created by the Site belong to the Site.
  • Users may not use or distribute Site-owned information obtained through the Site for commercial purposes without prior approval.
  • If the Site uses user-created content based on agreements, the Site will notify the user.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Disputes between the Site and users are subject to the jurisdiction of the court where the user resides at the time of filing or, if no address is available, the court with jurisdiction over the user's domicile.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Singapore.
